I believe one of the greatest barrier as to why people struggle to achieve their goals is they are more outcome driven than identity driven. I believe God has given me this desire to empower others and help them see who they really are and what they are capable of doing. I always tell my clients, if you want to be successful in achieving your goals, the best way is to forget about your goals and start building a strategy. Because goals are temporary and it restricts you from living the life you deserve. But a strategy allows you to develop healthy and consistent habits that will get you results. I hope this simple words of encouragement allows you to see your better side, that you have whatever it takes to move forward and I'm going to be with you in this journey!
Lastly, I want my client to feel victorious, not because they work with me, but I want them to be "the role model" of their own generation. I want them to be confident knowing they are empowered and they have what it takes to inspire their own whanau in living healthier and fulfilling life.

Your FranzFitness workout program will be tailored to your goals, gym experience and preferences. You will have a training system proven to build an incredible physique in record time. Exactly how to perform each exercise is explained in video demonstrations that you can access on your mobile device! This allows you to be confident while performing each exercise.
Whether you are training at your local gym or in the comfort of your own home, I will design a program to suit your needs!

The right fuel for your body
When designing your meal plan, we work out your calorie and macronutrient requirements based on your goals, making this process a lot easier for you, as you know dieting can become rather complex.
Worried about allergies or having food in your diet that you may not like? No worries! You can let me know what those foods are and we will be sure to add in an appropriate substitute to make sure you are still getting those important nutrients!
My goal is to
ensure you are getting the correct calories and nutrients required to fuel your body but also ENJOYING what you eat. Your meal plan will update every week to ensure you are receiving the correct macronutrients as you progress throughout your fitness journey! Your calorie requirements are constantly changing and we need to adjust for that. Trust the process, stay consistent with your eating and training and be patient with your results!

I don't just talk the talk, I myself work as a Registered Nurse and have full compassion and interest in seeing people win in life! Whether it's health or fitness related the goal is to serve and build others! I create all my programming with some evidence based program and protocols but a lot of it come from years of trial and error to perfect my skill set.

The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program!
Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as mainentance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or quarterly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
