This challenge is made for women and men of all ages looking and willing to learn how to lose body fat, get stronger and reduce long-term health conditions.
The aim of this program is to learn basic nutrition, build confidence with workout executions and develop a new perspective filled with purpose and passion. This challenge is for those who are tired of trying to work things out on their own and have a strong desire to see breakthroughs in their health and fitness goals.
Once you understand the concepts in this program, you’ll be equipped for a life of continued success, you’ll learn how to use flexibility, lose weight, create your own meal plans, keep your metabolism running optimally, and change your life for the better.
Challenge Rules
Requires strict adherence on the meal plan provided , 80% of your meals should be from the approved food plan and 20% can come from any meal preference you would like to eat.
Requires a maximum of 4 days of training home or gym based workout programs will be provided on the app
Strict exercise selection will be implemented to ensure all workouts are progressing
Requires fortnight checkin along with feedback needed, to ensure appropriate adjustments is done on the plan
Limit one meal off a week to maximise results
It is a one-off program, once you complete the challenge you get the chance to decide if you want to proceed with weekly coaching to maintain and progress on your fitness goals.
Supplement guidance will be provided as we progress on the plan but focusing on nutrition and training is enough to see quality results.
